Shipping Policy
Order processing times
Currently all orders are shipped within 2 working days (excluding weekends/holidays)
Cut off for processing orders is 5pm, any orders received after this will automatically transfer to the following day.
Where do we ship?
We currently only ship within the UK, if you would like to order from us and you are outside of the UK please contact us (info@sunshinerevolution.co.uk) and we will evaluate the request and where ever possible provide a shipping quote.
Local delivery / pick up
If you live local to Moffat we are happy for you to either pick up your order from one of our local events or, if possible, drop off the order to you in person. Please contact us (info@sunshinerevolution.co.uk) before placing your order to arrange this.
Potential interruptions
Please remember that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Severe weather, travel issues and courier issues are not within our control. Any timelines quoted are purely estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Wherever appropriate a tracking number will be provided with the shipment confirmation. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive please contact us (info@sunshinerevolution.co.uk).
Returns, changes and cancellations

If you need to amend your order prior to dispatch please contact us (info@sunshinerevolution.co.uk) so that we can accommodate your request.
Please remember commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged as these are bespoke items made to order.
