Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges - ready made items
If you are not entirely happy with your ready-made purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us at info@sunshinerevolution.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping: Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return request. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original unused, and undamaged condition
Custom & Made to order items
Due to the personalised nature of our crafts, all custom orders, personalised items, and commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We will send you photos of the final product for approval before shipping to ensure it meets your expectations
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with clear photos of the damage. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days
