Because our items are handcrafted and therefore unique, slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur compared to listing photos.
We accept card payments and PayPal. Full payment is required before items are shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing
(eg customisable or made to order items). We currently dispatch using Royal Mail but are constantly reviewing shipping carriers to ensure best value and service.
We only trade within the UK currently.
Returns, Refunds & Commissions
Standard items are returnable if these guidelines are followed.
Timeframe: You must contact us at info@sunshinerevolution.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping: Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return request. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original unused, and undamaged condition.
Custom or bespoke commissions are non-refundable once work has started.

Intellectual Property
Sunshine Revolution retains all rights to the designs, images, and content of our work.
Work will commence on the item once payment is received.
We will outline the approval process on an individual basis (prior to beginning the work).
Any approval stage needs a response within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed to be able to proceed further.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible in case of delays caused by third-party couriers, industrial action, traffic accidents or severe weather.
